MASTERMINE – MineIntell Component (Analysis of publications on mining)

MASTERMINE – MineIntell Component (Aggregated Scientific Specialisation Indicators) Purpose This dataset provides indicators of scientific specialisation in mining-related research across European countries and regions. It supports comparative analysis of research output, thematic focus, and regional specialisation patterns. It was produced in the framework of the Mastermine project, under the SocialMine Component. The results of the analysis are presented in the following link: Socialmine MineIntell Component Source Publications indexed in the SCOPUS database, collected via open-access queries and processed to produce aggregated indicators. Extraction date Data were extracted and processed during the MineIntell analysis phase (Publications betwen 2013 -2024). Data content The dataset includes multiple files containing aggregated indicators such as: Publication counts by country, region (NUTS2), topic, and year Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) values and rankings Keyword and topic frequency statistics All data are aggregated. No document-level, author-level, or affiliation-level records are included.
