The current study indicated that intercropping camelina-peas and camelina-vetch in the first year of experimentation changed the microbial community structure and altered the soil nutrient content. Significant differences were found in the bacterial community structure between the five monosystems and the different intercropping soil samples. These differences showed legumes' influence on the camelina's bacterial structure.
