Treatment of MCF-7 cells with TRAIL and Smac mimetic (LCL-161) [array]

The aim was to identify changes in gene expression in MCF-7 cells induced by a combination of TRAIL and LCL-161. Treated samples and control samples were collected after 24 h of treatment and after 96 h of treatment followed by a three-day period in normal medium. Four treatments with three biological replicates. The groups were C24 (control cells 24 h) LT24 (cells treated with LCL-161 and TRAIL for 24 h, C963 (control cells grown for 96 h in regular medium followed by a change of medium and culture for additional three days), and LT963 (cells treated with LCL-161 and TRAIL for 96 h followed by growth for three days in regular medium).
