MX-1 xenografts respond to the combination of ABT-888 and CPT-11.

The indicated number of mice were treated by intravenous (IV) or oral (PO) administration of the indicated drug at the listed dosing schedule. Median tumor burden was determined at day 36 with the range of values present in parentheses. T/C% measures the growth of the tumors in the treated mice (T) compared to the diluent treated mice (C). The number of mice with unpalpable tumors are indicated by the tumor free on day 36 values. The tumor growth delay is calculated as the number of days in excess of the diluent treated mice required for the tumor to reach 1000 mg. Gross log cell kill is measured as (T—C)/(3.32)(Td) with T—C being the tumor growth delay and Td the calculated tumor doubling time (2.3 days).
