Palm Fruit Maturity Dataset

This dataset contains over 8000 images of palm fruits, which are categorized into five maturity levels, and is intended for training deep learning models to perform maturity classification. To adapt to the architecture of convolutional neural networks (CNNs), the dataset has been reorganized based on its maturity levels, and the images were processed during the preprocessing stage, including scaling them to the range of 0 to 1. This large-scale dataset includes more than 8000 images in total, with 7823 samples for training and 1958 for testing, and its core task is to classify the maturity stages of palm fruits.
