绿洲-荒漠生态系统是干旱/半干旱区特有景观,其水热碳通量的观测和研究对绿洲稳定与可持续发展具有重要的意义。2012年5-9月黑河流域中游张掖绿洲-荒漠区域开展水热碳通量和气象要素观测,在30 km×30 km和5.5 km×5.5 km两个嵌套的矩阵内包括了21个观测点,共计22套涡动相关仪和21套自动气象站,4组大孔径闪烁仪和3组植物液流仪。数据经过了严格的处理与质量控制,可用于研究绿洲荒漠区域水热碳通量变化特征及影响机制,并为模式模拟或遥感估算结果等提供可靠的验证数据。
张掖绿洲-荒漠区域水热碳通量及气象要素观测矩阵数据集包括张掖中游48个观测数据集的汇总列表,列表文件内容包括:22个涡动相关仪,21个自动气象站文件,4个大孔径闪烁仪文件和1个植物液流仪观测数据集名称、DOI和数据对应地址。观测项目包括生态系统净碳交换量、潜热通量、感热通量、空气温度、空气相对湿度、风速、风向、向下/上短波辐射、向下/上长波辐射、净辐射、大气压、降水、红外辐射温度、光合有效辐射、土壤温度、土壤水分、土壤热通量、平均土壤温度、树木蒸腾等。
The oasis-desert ecosystem is a distinctive landscape in arid and semi-arid regions. Observations and research on water, heat and carbon fluxes in such ecosystems are critical for the stability and sustainable development of oases. From May to September 2012, observations of water, heat, carbon fluxes and meteorological variables were conducted in the Zhangye oasis-desert region, located in the middle reaches of the Heihe River Basin. Within two nested grids of 30 km × 30 km and 5.5 km × 5.5 km, a total of 21 observation sites were deployed, equipped with 22 eddy covariance systems, 21 automatic weather stations (AWS), 4 large aperture scintillometers (LAS), and 3 plant sap flow meters. The dataset has undergone rigorous processing and quality control, enabling studies on the variation characteristics and underlying mechanisms of water, heat and carbon fluxes in oasis-desert regions, as well as providing reliable validation data for model simulations and remote sensing estimation results. The Observation Grid Dataset of Water, Heat and Carbon Fluxes and Meteorological Variables in the Zhangye Oasis-Desert Region compiles a consolidated list of 48 observation datasets from the middle reaches of Zhangye. The list file contains the names, DOIs and data access addresses of 22 eddy covariance system datasets, 21 AWS datasets, 4 LAS datasets, and 1 plant sap flow meter dataset. The observed items include net ecosystem exchange (NEE), latent heat flux, sensible heat flux, air temperature, relative air humidity, wind speed, wind direction, downward/upward shortwave radiation, downward/upward longwave radiation, net radiation, atmospheric pressure, precipitation, infrared radiation temperature, photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), soil temperature, soil moisture, soil heat flux, average soil temperature, tree transpiration, and more.
