NCBI sequence data for teleost membrane-bound carbonic anhydrase phylogeny

Publicly available nucleotide sequences from NCBI were used to create a phylogenetic tree of teleost membrane-bound carbonic anhydrase 4 and 15s. NCBI accession numbers for the 438 sequences used and the detailed names for each sequence used in the final tree can be found on the first tab. Subcohort and cohort information associated with species of each sequence, and color codes used in the final tree can be found on the second tab.
