Phyllosphere bacteria communities of wheat and faba bean

The aim of this study was to (i) describe the changes in growth performances and phyllosphere bacteria of wheat and faba bean in response to Pst infection under different planting patterns, (ii) explore whether and how the changes in the phyllosphere bacteria of both crops under the influences of intercropping conferred positive effects against the pathogen, and (iii) provide additional evidences into the complexity and stability of bacterial communities on the effects of planting patterns in response to Pst infection by compare the networks of infected and uninfected wheat and its adjacent faba bean.
