Genome assembly and annotation of five hydrothermal vent Alvinellidae species and two outgroup species

This dataset contains the genome assembly and annotation of five hydrothermal vent endemic Alvinellidae species (Alvinella pompejana, Alvinella caudata, Paralvinella cf. hessleri, Paralvinella mira, Paralvinella palmiformis) and two outgroup species (Amphisamytha sp. SCS, and Terebella lapidaria) for interest for thermal adaptation.
