Transcriptome profiling of leaf and floral tissues in XX and XY Cannabis sativa under sex-change induction

This project presents paired-end RNA sequencing data from leaves and floral tissues of Cannabis sativa plants with XX and XY sex genotypes subjected to chemically induced sex change. Transcriptomes were generated across multiple developmental stages following ethylene-modulating treatments, capturing tissue-specific and sex-specific patterns of gene expression. The dataset documents transcriptomic variation associated with sex expression and ethylene-related responses in C. sativa.
