The reference category for predictive variables is “No use” for illicit drugs or “Non-problematic use”, i.e. CAGE (cut-down annoyed guilty eye-opener) negative for alcohol.
Data from the 13,015 respondents aged 45–64 were not analysed because of very low illicit drug use levels.
