The traditional Chinese medicine Jinfukang (JFK) has been shown as a valuable drug for the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Although clinically effective, the underlining mechanism remains unclear. Here, we performed RNA-seq assays for study the antitumor mechanisms of JFK ethanol extract on lung cancer cell line A549.
