NRS-12939 | Consents of the Governor and declarations for Presbyterian marriages

The volume contains a number of letters from the Colonial Secretary, and later the Principal Superintendent of Convicts, to Presbyterian Ministers advising of the Governor's decision re the marriage of convicts; and form letters certifying the Governor's approval for publishing banns.
