BRCA2 diffuses as oligomeric clusters with RAD51 and changes mobility after DNA damage in live cells

This imaging series acquired by oblique laser illumination fluorescence shows homozygous Brca2-GFP knock-in mouse embryonic stem cells. Nuclei from Brca2-GFP knock-in cells contain low-fluorescent diffusing and high-fluorescent bound particles. Cells were maintained under control conditions (37 ⁰C and 5% CO2). The pixel size is 70 nm, and frames were continuously acquired using a camera integration time of 50 ms per frame.
