Single-nucleus RNA sequencing of human amygdala and temporal lobe

Single-nucleus RNA sequencing data from human amygdala and temporal lobe. Amygdala data are provided as raw gene-by-cell count matrices in Matrix Market format (.mtx) with accompanying barcode and feature annotation files (barcodes.tsv, features.tsv). Temporal lobe data are provided as a cell-type-level pseudobulk count matrix. Raw read-level data and cell-level count matrices for the temporal lobe sample are not deposited, as participant consent for this archival dataset does not permit release of data from which donor genotype information could be recovered.
