This dataset contains the raw (.RHIT) and processed (.POS, .RRNG, .ROOT, .analysis) atom probe tomography data files described and discussed in the publication "Stratification of fluoride uptake among enamel crystals with age elucidated by atom probe tomography" by Jack R. Grimm, Cameron Renteria, Semanti Mukhopadhyay, Arun Devaraj, and Dwayne D. Arola. It also contains 16 bit .TIF files of the enamel crystal microstructure captured by transmission electron microscopy.
