This SEPP contains:\r\n\r\n- planning provisions: \r\n\r\n ◦for infrastructure in NSW, such as hospitals, roads, railways, emergency services, water supply and electricity delivery\r\n\r\n ◦for child-care centres, schools, TAFEs and Universities\r\n\r\n- planning controls and reserves land for the protection of three corridors (North South Rail Line, South West Rail Link extension and Western Sydney Freight Line)\r\n- the land use planning and assessment framework for appropriate development at Port Kembla, Port Botany and Port of Newcastle\r\n\r\nThis SEPP has consolidated and repealed: \r\n\r\n- SEPP (Infrastructure) 2007 \r\n- SEPP (Educational Establishments and Childcare Facilities) 2017 \r\n- SEPP (Major Infrastructure Corridors) 2020 \r\n- SEPP (Three Ports) 2013\r\n
