Bali Hotel Reviews Dataset

The dataset comprises a curated collection of hotel reviews obtained from multiple hotels in Bali, Indonesia. These reviews have been systematically labeled based on six distinct aspects of the hotels, namely Value, Accessibility, Service, Room, Cleanliness, and Sleep Quality. The primary objective of this dataset is to facilitate the classification of consumer reviews, thereby enabling the development of a recommendation system based on natural language processing (NLP). The data was acquired through a web scraping process using the Google Chrome's Web Scraper Extension on the Tripadvisor platform. Researchers can utilize this dataset for various NLP tasks, including hotel reviews classification and related analyzes.
