Expression profiling by RNA-Seq in PVNOXT neurons by injecting with AAV-DJ-CMV-DIO-eGFP-2A-TeNT virus (PVNOXT:TeNT mice) or with AAV5-EF1a-DIO-EYFP-WPRE-pA virus (PVNOXT:GFP mice) Total RNA was extracted from isolated mouse pancreatic islet cells.
