Transcriptome profiling of purified normal differentiated mesodermal cells (NDMCs) using Affymetrix Human Transcriptome Array 2.0. Homo sapiens

To identify differential expression of transcripts in between NDMC depots, we performed global gene and transcript expression profiling of primary NDMC1 and NDMC2 using Affymetrix Human Transcriptome 2.0 expression arrays. Overall design: Purified NDMC1 (n=3) and NDMC2 (n=3) were obtained during surgery for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix Human Transcriptome microarrays.
