LPS-induced expression in rat lung epithelial cells

Microarray analysis of mRNA from airway epithelial cells captured by laser microdissection from rat lungs snap-frozen at day 0 and day 2 post LPS exposure was performed to identify inflammatory mediators modulated by LPS exposure.为鉴定受脂多糖（LPS）暴露调控的炎症介质，本研究针对LPS暴露后第0天及第2天快速冷冻的大鼠肺部组织中，经激光显微切割（Laser Microdissection）捕获的气道上皮细胞的信使RNA（mRNA）开展基因芯片分析。
