Processed GC-IMS volatile-profile data of mold-contaminated tobacco leaves treated with Bacillus velezensis ZD-F13
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains processed gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) volatile-profile data generated from tobacco leaves. Three experimental groups were included: normal leaves, tobacco leaves inoculated with Penicillium chrysogenum, and P. chrysogenum-inoculated tobacco leaves treated with Bacillus velezensis ZD-F13. Each group contained three independent biological replicates. The dataset includes sample-level peak-height and peak-volume matrices, internal-standard responses, sample metadata, and annotation information for 154 volatile organic compound signals. These data support the GC-IMS, principal component analysis, orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis, permutation-test, and variable-importance-in-projection analyses reported in the associated manuscript. The bacterial 16S rRNA gene and fungal ITS amplicon sequencing data from the same study are available in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under BioProject accession PRJNA1506693.
