We performed single nuclei RNA-sequencing (snRNA-seq) with matched T cell receptor sequencing (TCR-seq), and pool matched low pass whole genome sequencing (WGS) of eight specimens from six patients, encompassing four undifferentiated polymorphic sarcomas (UPS) and four intimal sarcomas (INS), and paired specimens from two patients (one UPS and INS each) treated with immune checkpoint blockade (ICB). Pool matched lp-WGS was performed in addtion to single-nuclei RNA which involved 75,716 cell transcriptomes and an average of 9465 cell transcriptomes per specimen. Together, this data served to improve the identification of the malignant and non-malignant cell compartments within the 8 collected samples of frozen sarcoma tissue. Submitter states that missing raw data are being made available for controlled access in dbGaP.
