To explore the effect of the adaptive immune receptor repertoire on thymocyte developmental decisions, we performed single cell adaptive immune receptor repertoire sequencing (scAIRR-seq) of thymocytes from human young paediatric thymus and blood. scAIRRseq of samples from young paediatric donors (n = 5). For each donor, four samples were profiled: 1.) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), 2.) unenriched thymic cells, 3.) thymic cells enriched for antigen-presenting cells by density gradient centrifugation, and 4.) thymic cells enriched for stromal cells by CD45-depletion. Raw data files not included due to data sensitivity concerns
