MEME - Motif discovery results, including the sequences of the inferred conserved motif representing CSB-II and, in some species, CSB-III. The results include all the CR of the fish species studied in Satoh et al (2016) (using the same abbreviated nomenclature), as well as the non-coding regions deep-sea marine hatchet fish species Sternoptyx obscura, Sternoptyx diaphana, Argyropelecus aculeatus, the Stomiiformes species Diplophos taenia, and the Antarctic Trematominae species Pagothenia borchgrevinki.
