Near field images of four sub beams, two sub beams, four sub beams, and non phase complementary two sub beams based on phase complementarity coherent beam combining technology were captured using CCD. To prevent CCD damage during laser operation, attenuation plates were added, and noise processing methods were used to address background noise in the images. The HIG format images were converted to txt format using Matlab for easy subsequent processing. To prevent damage to the CCD during laser operation, attenuation plates have been added, and noise processing techniques have been used to address background noise in images. The output energy of four sub beams, two combined beams, four combined beams, and non phase complementary two combined beams was tested using an energy meter and summarized into an Excel document. The time waveforms of four sub beams, two combined beams, and four combined beams were recorded using an oscilloscope.
