PCA scores and loadings computed from TCGA 27K and 450K methylation datasets. For both datasets, 5,000 principal components were used for downstream classifiers. Preprocessing prior to computing PC scores/loadings is described in notebooks here: https://github.com/greenelab/mpmp/tree/master/00_download_data (see "1B_preprocess_27k_methylation_data.ipynb" and "1C_preprocess_450k_methylation_data.ipynb").
