An atlas of chromatin accessibility and transcriptional changes in BmNPV infected Bombyx mori cells

A comprehensive information of ATAC-seq and RNA-seq datasets in BmNPV infected Bombyx mori cells is significant for understanding the host response to DNA virus infection in chromatin accessibility and gene expression. Here, we describe the ATAC-seq data FastQC reports, fragments length, reads enrichment around transcription start sites, and correlation between biological replicates indicated the reliable quality of the ATAC-seq dataset. Meanwhile, the RNA-seq data FastQC reports, reproducibility between replicates, differential expressed gene profiles, and count matrix were also demonstrated the high quality of the RNA-seq dataset.
