miRNA profiles of the Young-MSC-MVs and Old-MSC-MVs were analyzed with a quantitative PCR (qPCR)-based array of the whole rat genome. Further analysis revealed the expression of miR-344a, miR-133b-3p, miR-294, miR-423-3p, and miR-872-3p was significantly downregulated in Old-MSC-MVs than in Young-MSC-MVs (p<0.05).
本研究采用基于定量聚合酶链式反应(quantitative PCR,qPCR)的大鼠全基因组表达芯片,对年轻间充质干细胞微囊泡(Young-MSC-MVs)与老年间充质干细胞微囊泡(Old-MSC-MVs)的微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)表达谱进行了分析。进一步分析显示,相较于Young-MSC-MVs,Old-MSC-MVs中miR-344a、miR-133b-3p、miR-294、miR-423-3p及miR-872-3p的表达水平显著下调(p<0.05)。
