BRICS_Governance_Carbon emissions

This data is collected in the context of a study for BRICS to explore the role of governance in EKC, Pollution Haven and Pollution Halo Hypotheses. Data on carbon dioxide emissions, FDI inflows, trade openness, renewable energy consumption and six indicators of governance index were collected from World Bank from the year 2000-2019 for all the BRICS nations. The data on all variables for all countries were available from 2000-2019.
