We used microarrays to detail the programme of gene expression underlying CDP commitment to cDC1 lineage and identify differentially regulated genes during this process. Overall design: DC progenitors were sorted from bone marrow for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays. We sought to obtain gene expression signatures for various DC progenitors and their temperal sequences along developmental axis.
