Structural Basis for Retron Co-option of Anti-phage ATPase-nuclease

This study investigates the efficiency of two bacterial retrons for their application in precise genome editing in HEK293 cells. The goal of the experiment is to evaluate the effectiveness of these retrons in making a three base pair edit in the EMX1 locus.
