Laboratory students are at risk of developing work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs) due to sustained challenging postures and repetitive tasks. Ergonomic assessment tools, such as the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), provide valuable insights into posture-related risks and their association with lifestyle and health factors. This study aimed to evaluate ergonomic risk among laboratory students using the RULA method and to examine its relationship with physical activity, sleep quality, body composition, and quality of life.
