Increased ROS levels in mitochondrial outer membrane protein Mul1-deficient oocytes result in abnormal preimplantation embryogenesis

Loss of Mul1 in oocytes evoke high ROS concentration and results in abnormal embryogenesis before implantation. In order to compare the expression profiles between wildtype oocyte and mul1-deficient oocyte, we used 213 of wild type unfertalized oocytes and 123 of Knockout unfertalized oocytes.
