This dataset contains bulk RNA-sequencing profiles generated from lung tissues of Sprague–Dawley rats subjected to cecal ligation and puncture (CLP)-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), with or without right cervical vagus nerve stimulation (VNS).
