TB-SERS spectral dataset for tuberculosis prediction

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “TB-SERS Analyzer: Analysis tool for tuberculosis prediction based on Raman spectroscopy with machine learning and convolutional neural network”. It contains Raman and SERS spectra from blind plasma samples tested for latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI) using the interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) results. The data were used for spectral preprocessing, machine learning–based analysis, and model validation in tuberculosis prediction studies
