The Influence of Placental EVs On the Ovarian Canacer Cells. Placental EVs On the Treatment of Ovarian Cancer

Placental extracellular vesicles (EVs) are EVs secreted by trophoblast cells. Some studies have shown that the more parity the women have, the less the future risk of ovarian cancers they will have. In order to find the possible mechanism leading to this, the placental EVs collected from 4 first trimester placentae were added into the ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3, after that the total RNAs of the SKOVS were extracted and were then sent to be sequenced.
