本数据集主要面向常用齿轮和轴承钢材料开展研究。基于自主研发的多目的热-力学负载热模拟试验机,采用单轴加载方法,对常用的齿轮和轴承钢材料贝氏体和马氏体转变轴向膨胀曲线进行了测量。确保测量精度,采用激光测距器测量四种外加应力作用下相变塑性引起的试件变形量,确定材料的塑性变形参数。采用多项式拟合方法,对20MnCr5材料的塑性应变进行回归计算,最终得到其相变系数。材料的马氏体塑性相变系数为9.352×10e-5,贝氏体塑性相变系数为4.1799×10e-5。
This dataset is dedicated to research on commonly used gear and bearing steel materials. Using an independently developed multi-purpose thermo-mechanical loading thermal simulation testing machine, the axial expansion curves of bainite and martensite transformations of the target steel materials were measured via the uniaxial loading method. To ensure measurement accuracy, a laser rangefinder was employed to measure the deformation of specimens induced by transformation plasticity under four applied stress conditions, so as to determine the plastic deformation parameters of the materials. Polynomial fitting was adopted to perform regression calculation on the plastic strain of 20MnCr5 steel, and the transformation coefficients of this material were finally obtained. The plastic transformation coefficient of martensite is 9.352×10^-5, while that of bainite is 4.1799×10^-5.
