A comprehensive evaluation of alignment software for RRBS data; Integrative epigenomic-transriptomic landscape of lung cancer

Our study reveals several important features inherent in methylation data, and RRBSsim provides guidance to advance sequence-based methylation data analysis and methodological development. Our study also provides a valuable epigenetic resource for identifying DNA methylation-based diagnostic biomarkers, developing cancer drugs for epigenetic therapy and studying cancer pathogenesis.
