Wrangled single cell datasets for Hydractinia symbiolongicarpus (Schnitzler et al., 2024, doi: 10.1101/gr.278382.123), Clytia hemisphaerica (Chari et al., 2021, doi: 10.1126/sciadv.abh168), and Hydra vulgaris (Siebert et al., 2019, doi: 10.1126/science.aav9314; Cazet et al., 2023, doi: 10.1101/gr.277040.122). The Seurat objects contain the raw UMI matrix (in "RNA" assay, counts slot) and corresponding cell type annotations (in the meta.data slot) for each cell barcode in the matrix. The FASTA files contain the amino acid sequences of the genes in the corresponding UMI matrix, with 1 sequence per gene ID. The Clytia dataset is the subset of fed cells from Chari et al. (2021).
