Single-cell transcriptional profiles of BM, PB and lung neutrophils from naïve (BALBc/J) and 4T1 tumor-bearing mice

To better understand how lung neutrophils transcriptionally differ from other tissue neutrophils, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on BM, PB and lung neutrophils isolated from naïve (BALBc/J) and 4T1 tumor-bearing mice. Overall design: BM, PB and lung neutrophils from naïve (BALBc/J) and 4T1 tumor-bearing mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
