Transcriptome of Hepato-Hematopoietic Lineages in Fetal Liver Organoids from Human Pluripotent Stem Cells

To investigate the functional difference between different cell lineages in highly hematopoietic fetal liver organoids (hFLOs) from induced pluripotent stem cell, we FACS-sorted cell lineages from hFLOs and compared them to conventional iPSC-monocellular or primary cell controls by bulk RNA-sequencing.
