This is the proportion of stock owned by the local authority as at 31st March, that is classed as affordable rent. This is the number of local authority owned affordable rent dwellings divided by the total local authority owned dwellings including PFI & Shared Ownership multiplied by 100. This indicator is from the Local Authority Housing Statistics data returns (LAHS) Section A - Dwelling StockData is Powered by LG Inform Plus and automatically checked for new data on the 3rd of each month.
