TC track data and scripts to extract TC genesis and LMI latitudes

This upload includes: The TC track data (netcdfs) of the historical and future simulaitons of HiRAM-20km and MRI-20km. The simulations are described in this paper: Hong, C.-C. et al. Future Changes in Tropical Cyclone Intensity and Frequency over the Western North Pacific Based on 20-km HiRAM and MRI Models. (2021) doi:10.1175/JCLI-D-20-0417.1. The python scripts to obtain the latitdues of TC genesis and LMI (lifetime maximum intensity) from the observed TC track data (IBTrACS-WMO, IBTrACS-USA, and ADT-HURSAT). The python and bash scripts to obtain the latitdues of TC genesis and LMI (lifetime maximum intensity) from the TC track data in d4pdf MRI-60km (which is available at https://climate.mri-jma.go.jp/pub/d4pdf/tropical_cyclone_tracks/). The python code to compute the Hadley cell (zonal mean meridional mass streamfunciton) and the boudnary latitudes of its ascending and descending branch.
