Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9602 (1996)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system, Varian Inc. V75 Magnetometer, and BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9602 conducted in 1996 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Marcia McNutt). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Magnetic Field, Gravity Field, and Singlebeam Bathymetry data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Investigation of Volcanic Underplating in the Austral Islands, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE94-15930.
