ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE OF DEVELOPMENT OF ACMEOLOGICAL POSITION IN FUTURE TEACHERS

This article examines the current state and development of the acmeological position in future teachers, the improvement of requirements for modern educators, and the opportunities and conditions in pedagogical universities. Special attention is given to the integration of innovative technologies in the teaching process. The study highlights the importance of acmeological factors in shaping professional competence, reflective practice, and creative engagement of teacher trainees. Key motivational, social, cognitive, and activity-related factors influencing acmeological development are analyzed.
