Fungal community in the rhizosphere of Gastrodia elata

Gastrodia elata is an important medicinal plant in Eastern Asian countries. The growth and development of G. elata are dependent on mycorrhizal associations. Very few studies have been done on the microbiome associated with G. elata. This study analyzed the fungal community associated with the rhizosphere soil of G. elata and their importance in the growth and development of the plant.
