Dissolved and sediment neodymium concentrations and isotope ratios and sediment rare earth element concentrations in watersheds of southwestern Greenland (2013-2023)

This dataset is in support of a paper evaluating the extent of weathering in watersheds distributed between the western edge of the Greenland Ice Sheet and the coast and its role in oceanic neodymium isotopic composition. The analyses presented in the paper are based on neodymium and rare earth element concentrations and neodymium isotope ratios of water and sediment samples collected from streams draining various watersheds including a proglacial river and several streams draining deglaciated landscapes. Along with water, colocated bulk bedload and suspended sediment, as well as size fractions of the bedload sediment, were measured for their chemical and isotopic compositions. The field work was conducted between 2013 and 2023.
