Rural Carbon Neutrality Development in Different Dimensions

This dataset presents the Rural Carbon Neutrality Development Index (RCNDI) scores for each province. The index is constructed based on two primary dimensions: Carbon Neutrality and Development. The assessment framework evaluates four key aspects: the current status of rural carbon neutrality, rural carbon sequestration potential, rural livelihood development status, and rural innovation potential. This system comprises 9 secondary indicators and 18 tertiary indicators (detailed in the associated article).The Full-Permutation Polygon Synthetic Indicator method was employed for the comprehensive assessment. This approach integrates graphical representation with indicator quantification—specifically utilizing radar charts and area ratios—to standardize and evaluate indicators across different directions. The provided data contains the final calculated RCNDI scores, offering a comprehensive view of regional performance.
