T cell repertoire sequencing for tumor,non-tumor and lymph node tissues of breast cancer patients

The T lymphocytes infiltrated in the microenvironment of breast tumor plays a pivotal role in the tumor immune surveillance. Their exchange among the surrounding tissues such as axillary lymph nodes and adjacent non-tumor tissues promotes their trafficking and function intumorigenesis, but the underlying process remains largely unknown.In this research, we have analyzed TCR repertoire of T cells using multiplex PCR and high throughput sequencing of the T-cell receptor beta-chain (TCRB) in the tissues of tumor, non-tumor and axillary lymph-nodes of sixteen BC patients.
